In October 2010 we co-produced Big Ideas, a two day conference set up to explore the artistry of large scale live animation at the National Centre for Carnival Arts in Luton which brought together producers, artists and makers of large scale animated outdoor work from all over the UK and Europe.

The event was a huge success with delegates and contributors all reporting huge benefits from the experience. Over eighty delegates attended the event which also played host to the ISAN ideas summit, an established opportunity for artists to present ideas to producers and programmers at an early stage of development.

This was a collaboration between ourselves, the Puppet Centre Trust, The UK Centre for Carnival Arts and the University of Winchester.
